Due to new Dallas County Guidelines, our Dallas guests are required to wear masks when not posing for photos. Please work with us to uphold this new mandate and keep everyone safe.
Minneapolis guests are encouraged to wear masks & to stay 6 feet away from people not in their party.
Hand sanitizer use is required before entry.
2. BALL PITS ARE CLOSED
For your safety, our team has decided to temporarily restrict access to the cereal bowl exhibit.
3. FREQUENT SANITATION
All props and common areas will be sanitized & cleaned with increased frequency for each time slot.
4. 1 PARTY PER ROOM
Only 1 party can be inside a particular photo area at any given time
5. 20 OR FEWER
Venue capacity is limited to 20 people or fewer
6. UPDATED HOURS

Dallas: 11a – 9p Friday – Sunday
